I have over 14 years of experience in the field of education, with the past 7 years spent in leadership positions within educational organizations and projects. Currently I help one HSE University to develop its strategy of recruitment and admission of the best talent.

In 2018, I launched the International Economics Olympiad (IEO) that currently spans across more than 50 countries from all continents. In some of them, my team helped launch nation-wide competitions.

I have experience in developing educational programs and in managing educational systems with teams ranging from tens to hundreds of individuals. My teaching interests include microeconomics, economic thinking, game theory, and industrial organization, and I have won multiple awards for teaching excellence.
